... science... religion? ... no... even I don't want to say this, and this is coming from the Christian/Occult guy who makes the supernatural a study. They might intertwine a bit but they are essentially complete opposites. They contradict each other, they keep each others power in check. Science keeps people from becoming religious whacks and religion... I guess its sort of a control cap to prevent people from growing too fast and blowing the shit out of each other with nukes and other weapons before they learn right and wrong. Of course it depends which religion they are learning from. Religion is belief in a certain set on statements. Science is the power of all the five sense and using them to gain knowledge of the physical world. You don't need belief for them to be true. Belief is needed in religion to make it work. Saying science is a religion turns the very foundations of the universe into putty... that is very... scary... I know some things... and I say this would be very bad!

Well, one certainly doesn't have to help spread it, either. Quelling, educating, and illuminating are much more appropriate.
